Our Infrastructure

A steady pace of growth has resulted in a large infrastructure, with a branch network across the country and six major production facilities. Our own facilities in Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai and the three units that we run for one of India’s largest banks as on-site outsourcing production facilities in Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, incorporate the latest machinery and processes.

Given that we handle large amounts of confidential data, we also maintain best practices when it comes to security management. We prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information through appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we handle. Our measures range from thorough employee background checks, frisking of employees, access-controlled production units and electronic surveillance within each unit. In addition, technology is used to monitor and track data records accessed through employee computers. Such stringent controls ensure protection of the valuable data assets of our clients.
