A highly-qualified and committed core team has enabled Utility Forms to grow into a full-fledged, professionally run organization that offers complete end-to-end security printing solutions and a comprehensive range of variable data printing and other such IT-enabled printing services.
Utility Forms was launched by our three founding directors; Praveen Agarwal, Gopal Agarwal and Rajeev Mathur in 1982. Over the years, Utility Forms has evolved into a printing company that offers highly specialized printing products and services to handle and also to manage data to perform complex functions according to client requirements, offering a great degree of customization. Our founder directors are first generation technocrat entrepreneurs who were determined to build a successful business based on a technology offering that would offer genuine value to customers.
Praveen Agarwal
An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Praveen decided very early that being an entrepreneur was the only way to go. Along with his two partners, Praveen launched Utility Forms in 1982. Praveen is deeply involved in all aspects of marketing, sales and new projects. Over the years he has provided innovative leadership in these areas.
Late Gopal Agarwal
Gopal was a law graudate and had decades of experience in the production field. He was a Print expert and combined highly specialized technical knowledge with deeply practical problem-solving skills. His innovative approach still often allows us to create solutions that help trouble-shoot technical glitches and deliver an outstanding quality of work, consistently.
Rajeev Mathur
Rajeev is an alumnus of Aligarh University and has decades of experience in the field of Project Planning and Implementation, HR and IT application. An IT whiz and troubleshooter, he has been the rock of Utility Forms ever since its inception.
This team of Promoters shares responsibilities equally and each director participates full time in the day-to-day running of the company. Under their pragmatic and astute leadership, Utility Forms has grown from strength to strength. This core team of founders is assisted by a highly qualified team of managers, print and production specialists, finance and IT professionals.
